All our food ingredients are sourced fresh from the West Coast. Our chef receives salmon, halibut, prawns and scallops from the waters of British Columbia. As part of the Ocean Wise program through the Vancouver Aquarium most of our seafood is sourced from responsible fishing practices therefore providing sustainable resources for many years. Black Angus Beef and Canyon Creek Bison from Alberta, and organic fruits and vegetables from the Okanagan and Fraser Valleys are all ingredients which we are proud to feature in all our menus.
Our award winning wine list is boutique and primarily from the Pacific Northwest with a focus on the British Columbia Okanagan Valley. As a Wine Spectator 'Award of Excellence' winner it is recognized as one of the best restaurant wine lists in the world and was given recognition in the August 2009, 2010, 2011,2012 magazine issues.
